Villa in Palanga is situated in a cosy and quiet neighbourhood 200 meters from botanical garden–park of duke Tiskevicius, 500 meters from the sea and 5 minutes walk on foot to the supermarket.

Villa’s territory is environed with fence and green blooming trees and bushes hedgerow. Grass plots are flourished with flower bowls, rock–garden and rosarium. In the back yard there’re outdoor relaxation furniture set, newly installed pool and playground for children.

In our Villa guests will find comfortable bedrooms with spacious, mirror decorated bathrooms (bath and shower, water closet and bidet) and a terrace of 10 m2. Beautiful new furniture, comfortable bedding and perfect linen, which is being changed every second day, make the rooms cosier. All the rooms are equipped with soft furnishings.

These who love cooking are warmly welcomed to a big and well-equipped kitchen; grill in the backyard for barbecue and steak preparation is also available. The sauna pleasures are offered to the fans. And a garage in the villa brings convenience to our guests.

We can offer you services of masseur, hairdresser and physician. On holidaymakers’ request we organize interesting excursions to the Museum of Stones, Museum of Absurd, outgings to other beaches, horse riding.

Rooms of the same class and sleeping up to five families are parallelly offered in the centre of seaport town Klaipeda. The place being very convenient for the pizzeria on the ground floor, car parking in 50 meters and nearby sea beaches of Smiltyne.

All facilities belong to one owner and this enhances the advantage of moving from one place to another upon request to change place and environment. Villa same as mini hotel can be rented to one or two families, or to five families at the same time.

Bars and restaurants are situated in 50–200 meters. Breakfast and dinner are on request.
